Team Consulting celebrates third annual Employee Ownership Day
Employee Ownership is an integral part of life at Team. Since becoming employee trust owned in 2016, we’ve celebrated Employee Ownership (EO) Day every June. For our third EO Day, we’re running a week of various staff-led activities promoting the EO ethos and celebrating our company status.
We’re running ping pong tournaments, bird watching sessions, and a host of other activities to get everyone together to celebrate our shared successes – look out for regular updates on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Dan: “For me, employee ownership is about sustaining a successful business over the long term. It is particularly well suited to professional services companies such as Team where employees are the business. Employee owners have a stake in the business which means they have both a voice and a responsibility. It is our responsibility to manage the business well on our watch and to pass on in great shape to future generations. We get to define “success” on our terms, where purpose, ethos and values are just as important as commercial performance.”
