At Team our designers get involved at the very start of the project to help set the right direction and stay with the project throughout to ensure design intent.
We provide support through the front end innovation process helping to identify and prioritise key design challenges. Our work continues throughout the ideation phase ensuring a breadth of creative directions are considered.
We support the testing of solutions by providing effective and engaging stimulus material for human factors studies and by providing design response in a rapid, iterative way.
Then we focus on getting all the details just right – from the colours, materials and finishes through to the intuitive user interface, packaging and information – ensuring we achieve an optimal user experience.
Designing the system
The complexity of modern design challenges increasingly require us to look beyond the device core towards the wider product ecosystem including packaging, patient information, accessories and digital applications. We consider every touch-point as an opportunity to improve product usability and user engagement with the device.
