At Team Consulting, you will be involved in meaningful work and will be expected to make an impact from your first day. We typically open our entry-level positions for applications in September and they remain open for 3 months.
We hire the brightest graduates, directly into real business roles delivering results for our clients. You will be building broad skills and a solid foundation for your career in medical devices. You will learn from colleagues across multiple disciplines who are experts in their field.
You will work hard and be stretched, but you’ll also have all the support, advice and training you need to do this successfully. We want to help you reach your full potential. We will pair you up with a ‘buddy’ to help you settle in, a personal mentor to help you grow and we’ll provide you with a tailored training and development plan. Your career will be unique and will develop based on your experiences, strengths and aspirations.

As an intern you will make a real contribution to the business and work on client projects (not make the tea!). You will gain invaluable knowledge from colleagues who are industry experts and are always available to support you.
We offer placements from 8 weeks to a year for students in their penultimate year of university or graduates who are planning a Master’s degree.
Whether you’re part of our engineering, design, human factors or marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to a variety of innovative projects. You will develop and refine skills, network and gain valuable and enriching work experience that will help you define your future career path.
