As a Human Factors Engineer, Anastasia uses her knowledge and skills to support the human factors team in a variety of user research studies and product development projects.

“Human factors bridges the gap between psychology, engineering and design. Working at Team gives me a great opportunity to explore different perspectives with colleagues from other disciplines and find the right solution for our clients.”

Anastasia has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen and graduated from the University of Nottingham with an MSc in Human Factors and Ergonomics. Her masters project investigated the mental demand of processing real-world information off a camera-based digital mirror compared to a traditional, reflective side mirror. The research highlighted important human factors issues still requiring attention in this context.
