We will be exploring how to improve mental health and physical health together through insightful awareness talks on breast cancer and testicular cancer as well as ‘psychological flexibility’.
We’re also treating our staff to some yoga classes, creative ‘Sketch by Touch’ workshops and massage sessions to relax and recharge.
On top of this, the team will also be getting competitive with some charity fundraising activities. We recently held a MacMillan coffee morning where many of our staff got involved in a Team community ‘bake-off’!
As we are fortunate to be situated in a 13th century barn surrounded by countryside, we are also encouraging staff to put their running (or walking) shoes on to get in touch with nature as part of our exercise challenge! As a company, our goal is to record 10,000 minutes of exercise across October to fundraise for the mental health charity, Mind.
