As an HR Advisor, Rachel partners with a number of teams within the business and is responsible for delivering valuable advice and support across subjects such as employment law, talent development, policy, onboarding and recruitment.

Rachel has a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Westminster. She has also successfully completed the CIPD Advanced Level 7 Certificate in Human Resource Management and is a trained Mental Health First Aider. During her career she has worked in several different industries including sports management, marketing, advertising, computing/digital tech and education.
