As part of the mechanical engineering team, Neophytos is involved in the engineering aspects of a variety of medical device development projects.

“I believe there is great virtue in dedicating your engineering skills and resources to tackle the technical challenges necessary to develop sustainable and life-changing products. Medical devices can have a direct impact on improving people’s quality of life, but their development requires an incredible amount of coordinated effort and expertise to ensure they are appropriate for their intended use.”

“Team’s instrumental work in bringing together those multidisciplinary experts to deliver exactly those requirements is what makes it so special and a rewarding place to work.”

Neophytos graduated from Imperial College London in 2022, with a first class Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, where he completed a variety of projects with medical applications, such as rehabilitation devices and a microfluidics platform for modelling microvascular growth. He has also conducted a Technology Consulting Internship at Deloitte and a research internship with Imperial College London, modelling intra tissue fluid dynamics and deformation in a novel liver explant perfusion device.
