As a human factors engineer at Team Consulting, Molly is responsible for supporting the human factors team in a variety of user research studies and product development projects.
“Starting my human factors career at Team feels like an amalgamation of my previous roles – combining psychology, technology and design. I’m excited by the prospect of working in medical, a sector uniquely placed to improve the quality of life of device users”.
Before moving to Team, Molly worked in the tech sector, with roles at what3words and Meta. Molly holds a BSc in psychology from the University of Liverpool and graduated with an MSc in human factors from the University of Nottingham. Her master’s thesis used a systems engineering approach to map and evaluate paediatric outreach clinics in Birmingham. The research highlighted the barriers and facilitators to successfully integrating primary and secondary care.
