Joshua works across product development, design for manufacture and mechanical engineering. He supports clients throughout all stages of the medical device development process including early concept development through to leading the implementation of complex manufacturing cells. In addition, he also helps clients maintain routine product supply.

Joshua has 14 years’ experience working in product development, with the last 12 years completely focused on developing medical devices for a broad range of manufacturers. He has worked in diverse fields including disease diagnostics, lab consumables and surgical instrumentation. Prior to Team Consulting, he spent five years with CMR Surgical helping to develop their surgical robotic instruments and bespoke single use accessories. He has a degree in product design from the University of Huddersfield.
