Joanna is responsible for overseeing Team Consulting’s EHS management system, as well as managing our labs and equipment. She also plays an active role in supporting Team’s sustainability activities, helping to align our work with our sustainability goals.

Joanna has over 20 years’ experience working in clinical research, analysing clinical samples, laboratory operations, health and safety and laboratory compliance activities. Joanna has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences (Animal Behaviour and Biomedical Science) from Anglia Ruskin University, a PGCert in Molecular Biology in Medicine from University of Westminster and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. She has also been a Stem Ambassador for her local community where she helps support the next generations of scientists and engineers.
