Gordon is an analytical test scientist in the device testing group and has previously worked at Team Consulting as a contract technician working on inhaler verification testing. His current role involves the testing and analysis of results of medical devices at different stages of their development, from prototype through to verification testing.
“I enjoy both the practical laboratory aspects of my role as well as the analytical side, interpreting test data and providing insight into results. I have an interest in learning about new devices and different analytical testing techniques as part of the creation of test methods and device development.”
Gordon graduated from the University of Leicester with a Physics BSc and has spent over 5 years working as a technician in the Medical Technology division, gaining a range of experience in areas such as drug delivery. Previous to that, Gordon worked in the materials development laboratories of a thermoforming and extrusion company, learning about the development and quality control processes, working alongside a manufacturing environment.
