Cara’s role as Business Change Project Manager means she is responsible for managing and delivering major change and continuous improvement projects within Team Consulting. Her role includes gathering requirements, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, planning communications and providing training.

“I really enjoy the varied nature of my work, especially helping people adapt to change. I understand that not everyone likes change and I accept some resistance is normal. I like to work with people to understand what is causing them to feel uncomfortable and implement strategies to support them. I believe involving people early in a project and making sure they are ready to change really helps, alongside relevant role-specific training and a safe place to practice with new IT.”

Cara joined Team in April 2017, having worked for 18 years at a medical and consumer product development consultancy in the internal IT department, helping people in the business adopt new IT projects such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Purchase to Pay and SharePoint.
