Beth works as an HR Administrator at Team Consulting and acts as the HR front line; triaging queries and requests from across the business. This enables the HR function to provide a positive experience for candidates and staff throughout the employment lifecycle.

Before joining Team, Beth worked in a finance based role at her family construction business for 9 years where she gained invaluable experience, alongside her AAT Level 2 qualification.
