Beth works as an HR & Finance Assistant, a hybrid role in which she assists HR to deliver an efficient and compliant service, while also supporting finance to ensure smooth project operations.

Prior to joining Team, Beth worked in a finance-based role at her family construction business for 9 years, where she gained invaluable experience, alongside her AAT Level 3 qualification.
