Earlier in the year, Martin Bontoft, our head of design research, presented on “How are patient expectations changing?” at Injectable Drug Delivery in London, UK.

The presentation features some of the results of an extensive survey from 2015 – Healthcare in 2030 – into the expectations of 2,000 patients with chronic conditions and 200 specialist doctors that Team undertook in July 2014.

There were a number of results that provided interesting talking points, such as: patient over confidence when it comes to using medical devices; patients expectations and how they and doctors expect this to change over the coming 15 years, how patient expectations will manifest themselves and how they impact on the drug delivery decisions we face today.

Here’s a video of the presentation Martin gave. We hope you find it interesting.
