As an HR Advisor, Rachel partners with various departments across the organisation, supporting and advising on a range of subjects such as employment law, policy and recruitment. Her work helps us ensure we employ the right staff to deliver on our projects.

Before joining Team Consulting, Rachel worked in a mixture of industries including sports management, advertising, marketing, not-for-profit tech and education, where she built up her generalist HR experience.
