Carl is the Head of Program Management at Team Consulting, where he leads a group of project and program managers dedicated to the planning and managing of multidisciplinary projects to meet the needs of our clients.

Prior to becoming Head of Program Management, Carl managed product development in the scientific equipment industry for over 20 years. With expertise in multidisciplinary, multisite and multiorganizational team leadership, he has an HND in Electronics and Software, a diploma in Management Studies and is trained in PRINCE2 and as a SAFe® 5 Practitioner.
