Andy has a dual role within Team spanning commercial activities and project management. He leads the team responsible for identifying development opportunities and establishing long-term relationships with clients within our life science sector. Andy also plays an active role in projects both as an independent reviewer and project manager, ensuring clients’ expectations are met through the delivery of our creative and practical product development service.

Andy’s background is in industrial design and engineering, having a first-class degree from Teesside Polytechnic and a Master of Design from the Royal College of Art, London in the United Kingdom. With over 20 years’ experience in product development consulting, Andy has encountered a range of technical and user-based design challenges across a range of industries. He was the director of the Design Research Centre before coming to Team in 2000. He has since managed major medical device projects for international clients, with a particular focus on drug delivery.
