Beth works as an HR & Finance Coordinator, a hybrid role where she supports HR to deliver an efficient and compliant service, while also supporting finance across project activities.

Prior to joining Team, Beth spent nine years in a finance role at her family-run construction business, where she gained valuable practical experience alongside achieving her AAT Level 3 qualification.
Beth has since completed her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, including a unit in employment law, further strengthening the HR knowledge that underpins her role.
