Victoria is an HR Advisor at Team, and is responsible for supporting recruitment, learning and development, well-being and policy implementation.

Prior to joining Team, Victoria spent 7 years working in an HR Advisor role at a global software company, where she worked closely with global engineering teams and supported management with recruitment, benefits and restructures. She began her career at Boots, providing recruitment and administration support to store and pharmacy managers. Victoria has a BA (Hons) in HR Management, along with a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management.
