Vicki is an HR Advisor at Team, and is responsible for supporting recruitment campaigns and employee well-being, as well as managing payroll and benefits.

Prior to joining Team, Vicki spent 7 years working at a global software company, where she worked closely with global engineering teams and supported management with recruitment, benefits and restructures. She began her career at Boots, providing recruitment and administration support to store and pharmacy managers. Vicki has a BA (Hons) in HR Management, along with a CIPD Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management.
