As a BISS Systems Engineer, Sam supports the business and aids in the the smooth running of our existing IT systems. He also assists with driving forward ongoing expansion of IT systems, programs and procedures, ensuring that we are using the best technologies available.

Over Sam’s 10 year career he has supported almost every aspect of ICT in numerous companies as both a member of an internal IT department as well as part of a Managed Support Provider. He is a Microsoft Certified Technician and previously worked with The Police Federation of England and Wales, The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Pizza Hut Restaurants (UK) and Nandos Ltd (UK), among others. He has provided support ranging from basic service desk functions up to the planning and implementation of new solutions and large-scale projects.
