Rick is responsible for ensuring that Team’s IT infrastructure can support the company’s work. This involves reacting to issues as well as proactively rolling out new software and hardware.

In any modern company, technology – and IT in particular – plays a pivotal role in its ability to function, and is becoming more important all the time. This allows me to contribute to the work we do here at Team, and help to make people’s lives just a little bit better, which is a huge motivator.”

Rick has been working in IT for 11 years and joined Team in 2013 having worked for Essex Adult Community Learning and Hockerill Anglo-European College.
