Rebecca is Non-Executive Director at Team Consulting. She brings extensive experience having spent her career helping organisations navigate complex challenges, deliver transformation and drive sustainable growth. She has worked across financial services, consulting and other highly regulated sectors, building a reputation for connecting the dots between strategy, operations and long-term value creation.

Rebecca’s career includes 18 years at Oliver Wyman, where she became a Partner and served as Head of the firm’s UK and Ireland business. In addition to her role at Team among other positions, she serves as an independent Non-Executive Board Member at JP Morgan Markets Limited and is a Trustee of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS).
She holds degrees in Economics from MIT, UC San Diego and the University of Oxford, where she completed a DPhil, and followed by a postdoctoral research position at the London Business School.
