Rachel works as a human resources advisor at Team; supporting various HR functions within the company alongside the HR director. Rachel is responsible for advising the management team on issues such as talent development, employment law and policy. She supports our business groups by developing partnerships with line managers, as well as ensuring that the recruitment and new-starter process at Team is effective and supportive for all involved.

Rachel graduated with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Nottingham Trent University. She has previous experience working for Health Education England, which is part of the NHS, as a recruitment administrator assisting with the recruitment process of doctors into training posts for the East of England. She also has previous experience as an HR assistant working for Hotel Chocolat and, since being at Team, has successfully completed an Advanced Level 7 CIPD Diploma in HR Management.
