Martin is an industry recognised leader in the architecture of business systems. Known for designing enterprise systems and business change in global organisations, he also has a passion for developing the skills and effectiveness of teams and individuals.

Martin graduated from the University of York in 1990 and worked on robotics and imaging systems before completing an MBA in 1999 and finding his true vocation in strategy and architecture for business systems. He led the development of many of the consulting tools used globally in Microsoft’s strategy consulting business and authored a book on the techniques for visual storytelling. More recently Martin has focused on the development of the individual with training in executive coaching skills.
