As PMO Manager, Laurel is responsible for the line management and ongoing development of the Project Administrator team. She ensures processes are applied correctly to maintain a high standard of project delivery to clients, and works closely with the project teams, project managers and central functions to identify opportunities for operational excellence and efficiencies.

“Outside of work, I’m passionate about exercise. I also spend a few weeks every year participating in historical re-enactments of Medieval and Tudor life with my family. Stepping back in time and enabling others to learn through living history is great fun and really rewarding.”
Laurel joined Team in 2016, where she began working as a Project Administrator solving project and administrative issues across the business. She has more than 25 years’ secretarial and administrative experience across a broad range of sectors, including law, manufacturing, logistics, property management, insurance and IT. Laurel studied business information systems and computing at the University of Portsmouth as a mature student.
