Kella is a member of the project management group at Team Consulting, where she is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget. Working closely with Team’s clients, she ensures each project runs smoothly, from concept through to production.

Kella has been project managing product developments for five years across a wide range of medical device and IVD products. She has a MChem (Hons) in Chemistry and PhD in Biomaterial Engineering. During her PhD at Imperial College London, she developed tissue engineered cardiac patches for treating heart attacks.
