As head of cell and gene therapy, Kella works closely with our clients to help them take their biotechnologies from concept to market launch. She has been leading product development projects for 10 years across a wide range of healthcare equipment, medical devices and diagnostics, ensuring each project runs smoothly and meets our clients’ time, cost and commercial requirements.
“I love getting to see the teams’ exciting ideas and dedicated hard work turn into commercially successful products, which help more patients get access to life changing therapies.”
Kella has a MChem (Hons) in Chemistry and PhD in Biomaterial Engineering. During her PhD at Imperial College London with Prof Dame Molly Stevens, she developed tissue engineered cardiac patches for treating heart attacks, from fundamental material design through to preclinical studies.
