As Director, New Business Development, Kate builds on Team Consulting’s long track record of delivering innovative solutions for our clients. In addition, she will be expanding our offering into the latest health technology areas of development.

Kate brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Team, gained from working across the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries over the last 30 years. Including senior roles in industry, consulting and academia, she has worked across multiple sectors and has specialised in market strategy, innovation, concept and product development all the way to risk management, due diligence and IP development. She also has experience with licensing, new company formation and spin-out strategies, as well as business planning and modelling.
Kate has a degree in biomedical technology, a PhD in molecular biology and medical microbiology and an MBA. She is also a Sainsbury Life Science Management Fellow.
