Izabela joined Team Consulting in April 2017, having been with the company for over a year as a contract analytical technician. She applies her experience in QA and analysis to develop procedures for medical device assembly and quality control.
“My role at Team involves testing medical devices to cGxP guidelines and ISO specifications. I enjoy working as part of the engineering team to write cGMP-compliant protocols and generate test reports in the parenteral and aerosol drug delivery areas.”
Izabela has over 10 years’ practical experience in quality assurance and analysis in various industries. She studied chemical engineering and has a BSc and MSc from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland. She also has a post-master’s degree in Modern HR Management & Marketing and has completed a qualification in LEAN Management Techniques.
