India works as a human resources business partner here at Team Consulting. Her work has three main components: being part of the day-to-day running of the HR department; working on HR-specific projects; and providing business partnering support to groups within the organisation.

Before joining Team in 2016, India spent six years working at a policy research institute in Cambridge. She worked on facilitating growth through recruitment; providing effective and engaging development activities; and developing an appraisal system.
India has a BA in Events Management and a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. She also has an MA in HR Management, focusing on employee resilience.
