He has over 30 years of experience in developing products across diverse business sectors, where his skills range from the strategic and commercial to the technical and practical. Iain has worked on and led numerous device development projects.

Iain was originally apprenticed as a toolmaker and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to projects. Having worked across multiple sectors during his career, he is well-placed to understand the increasingly complex environment in which medical devices are developed. Iain has over 25 years of experience working in a technical consultancy environment, working with clients across Europe and the US. Prior to joining Team, Iain also held a senior management position at a medical device and consumer products consultancy.
