Graeme is responsible for the project management and technical leadership of ongoing development projects, he also manages a group of engineers. His role involves helping both agile start-ups and blue chip pharmaceutical companies turn complex technical challenges into innovative, user-centred and commercially compelling solutions. He specialises in developments requiring a multi-disciplinary approach, and has a track record of effectively steering programmes from sketch through to industrialisation.

Prior to joining Team, Graeme consulted on R&D projects across numerous industries. He started his career at Dyson, where, amongst other projects, he helped develop the first embodiment of their novel ‘Air Multiplier’ technology. He later set up a company to successfully commercialise his own product ideas in the consumer sector before focussing solely on medical device development. This has resulted in wide ranging development experience across the areas of drug delivery, surgical and diagnostics as well as being a named inventor on numerous patents.
Graeme has a BSc in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, an MA in Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and a diploma from Imperial College London.
