“I find designing for the medical sector hugely rewarding as the primary focus is to create products that make a real difference to people’s lives. With user needs at the heart of my design thinking, I enjoy balancing the various project drivers to produce devices that work both functionally and emotionally.”
“One of the best aspects about working at Team is being part of such a wealth of expertise. Every project presents an opportunity for inspiring collaborations to build knowledge and expand perspectives. There is a real sense of collective purpose at Team with a friendly and open company culture complimenting a shared passion for enhancing patient experiences and delivering commercial advantages to our clients.”
