Alastair is head of one of our mechanical engineering groups, where he works closely with his team to develop robust designs to ensure successful industrialisation.

Alastair has over 15 years’ experience in technical consultancy, having previously worked for Bespak where he played a significant role in the development of a novel auto injector technology, taking it from concept through to scale-up. Drawing on his experience, he applies his in-depth technical understanding of product development to engage in different engineering challenges at Team.
Alastair has a MEng in Engineering from King’s College Cambridge. He has also completed a Masters project in innovative manufacturing, where he generated a working model of an innovative flexible ring rolling machine as part of a research group.
