Team Consulting has seen its employee base double over the last few years, and as a result we now have an exciting opportunity for a technically-minded individual to take on the role of ICT Project & Service Delivery Manager. This role is pivotal to the overall success of Team, project managing and driving critical upgrades to our technologies and proactively managing supplier performance. As a medium sized business we rely heavily on our suppliers and partners, and this role will be vital in managing and building these key relationships.

There will be a variety of both backend and client facing projects to manage in this role. The proven ability to build and manage excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the drive to push projects forward through collaboration and persuasion will be key to success in this position.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of ICT project delivery, as well as service management and management of 3rd party suppliers, with the ability to identify and solve potential issues in an analytical and pragmatic manner. They should possess a resilient and determined attitude, whilst also demonstrating the ability and desire to drive best practice, working both individually and as part of a team.
