Working with you: COVID-19 arrangements
Responding to the COVID-19 situation – our two priorities are to keep everyone safe and to keep your projects running as best we possibly can.
How are we working?
In line with current guidance, all staff who can work remotely are now doing so until further notice. Our systems have been designed to cope with this and are performing well. We are contactable as normal through all the usual channels.
Our office currently remains open for work that cannot be carried out at home. Mainly, this relates to laboratory and workshops. We have put additional protocols in place to keep staff and visitors safe whilst on site.
What about travel and meetings?
Visits to the site are actively discouraged if the meeting can reasonably be held remotely. However, protocols are in place should you need to visit the site.
In line with official guidance, all foreign travel is currently suspended. Instead, we are holding meetings and workshops using web-based services.
If our work with you requires travelling and working elsewhere within the UK, we will risk assess this, together with you, to ensure the safety of all concerned in line with government guidance.
What if you have any other concerns or questions?
If you have any concerns at all about how the current situation may impact your project with us, please discuss these with your Team project manager or commercial contact.
We are still very much open for business. If there is anything that you would like to discuss, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during uncertain times. If the situation changes significantly, we will update you.
We hope that all of you, your families and your businesses remain safe during this crisis. If you have any other concerns or comments in relation to our work for you, you can contact me personally.
