Supporting our clients globally – welcoming David Maltz

As part of our continued international growth, Team Consulting is pleased to welcome David Maltz as the newest member of our commercial team. David joins Team as SVP – Business Development (US) with more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, where he has focused on product development and business growth, particularly in medical technology and surgical.

David will be working closely with a broad range of clients, from innovative start-ups to world-leading pharmaceutical companies, helping to guide their innovations from early concept through to manufacturing and commercialisation.

We spoke to David to hear what excites him about working with clients and his thoughts on the industry’s challenges.

What excites you about joining Team Consulting and how we work with our clients?

“At Team, we differentiate ourselves by focusing solely on medical technologies. We are experts in efficiently designing and developing life-changing products in a tightly regulated space, from a bespoke liver perfusion system to the world’s first all-in-one hearing system. It is an honour to represent such an amazing team!”

What challenges are the industry facing and how can Team help?

Joining our US-based team with Peter Thier, David brings a wealth of industry insight and a drive for delivering impactful, patient-focused solutions. Working closely with Team’s medical device experts in the UK and US, David is focused on supporting our clients around the world in developing innovative, life-changing medical technologies.
