Novartis digital onboarding experience for RMS patients learning self-injection nominated for UX Design Award
Novartis has been nominated for a UX Design Award for a new drug delivery digital onboarding experience, developed in collaboration with Team Consulting. Designed to support patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS) in learning to self-inject, the digital platform has been nominated in recognition of its user-centred design to help patients manage their treatment safely and confidently at home.
The UX Design Awards recognise solutions that improve people’s lives through effective design. Run by the International Design Center Berlin (IDZ), it celebrates products and services that respond to user needs and support better outcomes across healthcare and beyond.
