Each graduate receives their own bespoke plan:
We think about your career from day one, with a comprehensive training plan to help build on your existing knowledge and ensure you develop the skills necessary to help make a difference.
Support & guidance
Our job is to make sure you settle in; soon after joining, you’ll mix with people from all across the company. All grads are given a mentor to give you guidance as you begin your career.
We’re here to help you make valuable contributions to our company. You’ll get access to live client projects and soon begin to get hands-on medical device experience.
How will your career at Team start?
As a new grad, we will work with you to set some objectives at the start of your career. From there you’ll be trusted to work on a variety of real projects for a range of clients.
You will be encouraged to mix and build relationships across our different teams and take on responsibilities that’ll help develop both your technical skills and your breadth of expertise.
