In the last 3 years we have worked for over 100 different clients including 8 of the world’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies. We also love helping MedTech start-ups, whether that’s supporting them in getting their next round of funding or working together to put their device onto the market.

Our diverse client base means that we work on an incredibly varied range of projects. Each day is different – one day you could be working on a trainer auto-injector pen to help patients administer treatment correctly and the other you could be developing a haemostat spray device to help surgeons control bleeding while operating.

Our beautiful office space

We work in a 13th century barn and outbuildings which include creative spaces, specialist labs, workshops and social spaces. We are surrounded by an idyllic open countryside which many employees take advantage of for walking, running and cycling. We have extensive on-site parking, a secure and heated bike shed, showers and a newly refurbished communal eating area inside and out.

Charity work

On top of supporting 4 charities, Team helps its local community by introducing primary school students to engineering or sponsoring a variety of events like the local sports team. We are also committed to match fund any sponsored events that our employees take part in.
