Our diverse client base means that we work on an incredibly varied range of projects. Each day is different – one day you could be working on a trainer auto-injector pen to help patients administer treatment correctly and the other you could be developing a haemostat spray device to help surgeons control bleeding while operating.

We work in a 13th century barn and outbuildings which include creative spaces, specialist labs, workshops and social spaces. We are surrounded by an idyllic open countryside which many employees take advantage of for walking, running and cycling.
