Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Team are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Bill Mason as non-Executive Chairman as of May 2001.  Dr Mason has both an entrepreneurial and medical /scientific/technical background since gaining his doctorate from Trinity College, Cambridge University.

He has founded three successful high technology companies and is Chairman or Board Director of several UK high technology companies including Kalibrant Ltd, Cytomyx plc, Cytocell Ltd, Biotrin Holdings Ltd and Teraview Ltd.  He is both a founder Advisory Board member of Cambridge Gateway Fund, focused on assisting companies involved in biotechnology, IT, telecommunications and food technology, and a member of the 3I plc Independent Directors Programme.
