Sophie Raven
Head of Infrastructure

Sophie oversees Team’s project management resource, ensuring: the right project management skills and resources are available, our projects are managed in a professional and efficient manner, and that our work is delivered on time and within the agreed budget.  Sophie is also responsible for best practice and development in this area. She has a hands-on approach to her role, continuing to actively manage projects on a daily basis.

Sophie’s other key responsibility is to head up all internal functional operations.

Bringing together a group of technically brilliant individuals, to create a team of highly motivated people, who are all focused on pulling together to push the technological boundaries is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.

Sophie joined Team in 1998 as an industrial designer, before moving into project management and then in 2009 taking on the role of head of operations. Sophie has managed a diverse range of projects, from auto-injectors and inhalers to QC test equipment, and from small, fast-turnaround projects to multi-faceted development programmes.
