“Clients regularly ask us how we can stay creative in such a highly regulated market. My answer is that it isn’t easy and it doesn’t happen overnight. Everybody at Team has detailed knowledge of developing medical devices as well as their own particular skillset, whether that is design, usability, mechanics, electronics, risk analysis or industrialisation. Each of us strives to deliver the best solution and to do our very best for the client, constantly looking at ways to innovate at even the most granular of levels.
And because we are working closely with clients day-in, day-out we stay fresh, constantly asking the right questions and providing the right answers. We also dedicate time to understanding materials and processes, as well as trying to anticipate regulatory changes.”
Sandrine joined Team Consulting in 2006. Sandrine holds a PhD in Materials Science and Processing from INSA-Lyon in France (National Institute for Applied Sciences) and has 15 years’ experience in medical product design and development, mainly acquired by working for international companies in UK-based D&D organisations.
