Max is a senior consultant, with particular focus on the management of challenging and multi-disciplinary projects. His qualifications and experience mean he is able to lead activities from initial uncovering user needs through to full industrialisation and submission.

“True innovation comes from collaboration. Within the various disciplines of the project team but, perhaps more crucially, collaboration with the client and the user. The right device has to be clinically effective, usable, safe, desirable and robust; but it also has to be efficient to produce and must make business sense for the client.

Getting the right product to market is not only a triumph of design, but also of project management, and I am equally passionate about excellence in both fields.

During his time at Team, Max has lead several major auto-injector development programs in diverse therapy areas. Before being attracted to Team, Max held senior roles at PDD and Cambridge Consultants, managing multi-million pound programmes in both the medical and consumer product fields. Max is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, has Masters degrees in both Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and is a named inventor on more than 10 international patents.
