Cathy is the financial controller for Team and is responsible for the accounting and admin functions within the business.
“Working in finance in a consulting environment is as much about people as numbers and that is what appeals about the job. As Team grows, the infrastructure has to change and keep up; this is the more exciting part of accounting.
Despite having diverse experiences, backgrounds and abilities, the people at Team have a huge respect for each other which makes working together a lot easier.”
Cathy has been at Team since 2007 having spent the previous 15 years with international consulting companies with a special interest in developing their project accounting processes and systems.
