Office and Facilities Manager

Carol’s responsibility as office and facilities manager is to ensure the smooth, day to day running of the office, front of house and on-going building maintenance and improvements.

“Since joining Team in 2007, I have had the privilege of looking after our offices, housed in an historic and beautiful 13^th century converted barn.  It is a stunning building, with craftsmanship from earlier centuries and a contemporary interior, which reflect the skills of its current occupants and provide a stimulating working environment.  I enjoy the challenge of managing the office; maintaining the facilities to assist my colleagues, along with greeting and looking after our visiting clients and suppliers.

Team is exactly what it says on the box – we work as a Team, in a culture of mutual respect and care, providing incredible products and services to the industry.”

Carol has been able to bring her experience of working front of house for blue chip companies to Team, enabling her to provide a professional and warm welcome to our visitors.  Carol also has had many years working within the construction industry, gaining invaluable knowledge to assist the facilities role and care of the building.
