Carol’s responsibility as office and facilities manager is to ensure the smooth, day to day running of the office, front of house and on-going building maintenance and improvements.
“Since joining Team in 2007, I have had the privilege of looking after our offices, housed in an historic and beautiful 13th century converted barn. It is a stunning building, with craftsmanship from earlier centuries and a contemporary interior, which reflect the skills of its current occupants and provide a stimulating working environment. I enjoy the challenge of managing the office; maintaining the facilities to assist my colleagues, along with greeting and looking after our visiting clients and suppliers.

Carol has been able to bring her experience of working front of house for blue chip companies to Team, enabling her to provide a professional and warm welcome to our visitors.
