Carl is the Head of Programme Management at Team Consulting, where he leads a group of project and programme managers dedicated to the planning and managing of multi-disciplinary projects to meet the needs of our clients.

Prior to becoming a consultant project manager in 2011, Carl managed product development in the scientific equipment industry for over 20 years. With expertise in multi-disciplinary, multi-site and multi-organisational team leadership, he has an HND in Electronics & Software, a diploma in Management Studies and is trained in PRINCE2 and as a SAFe® 5 Practitioner.
