Brennan is accomplished in developing successful concepts through to industrialisation. Brennan’s engineering background, combined with his experience of the healthcare sector, gives him an aptitude for managing high-value projects and delivering commercial success.

“For me a successful medical device is a subtle balance of the user’s requirements, technology and commercial drivers. Throughout the development process I like to see the boundaries of all of these factors being explored, as the ‘right product’ can only develop from taking a holistic view. It is also very important to me that the products, devices and technologies we work on every day are there to benefit people’s lives.

Brennan is an innovative and commercially-astute consultant. Prior to his appointment at Team, Brennan was Senior Design Engineer [Snr Scientist] with the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. He has worked on a range of surgical and drug delivery products including dry powder inhalers, injectors and ophthalmic devices for a wide variety of therapies.

Brennan has a BSc (Hons) degree in Product Design and Engineering and an extensive development background in other multi-national sectors such as: industrial design and human factors with Xerox Europe and consumer product design with the toy and game company Hasbro Inc. He is the named inventor on a number of patents and has also had several papers published.
