Engineering consultant Sebastien Cuvelier Mussalian will join world-leading chip manufacturers ARM, Texas Instruments and Freescale Semiconductor at ‘Medical Devices & Technology: Design for Regulatory Compliance’ at the end of June, to take the audience through designing safety critical medical devices.
The event, which is being jointly hosted by QNX Software, ARM and MPC Data, takes place on June 21st in Munich, Germany and is then repeated two days later, on June 23rd, in Cambridge, UK.
During his presentation, Sebastien will outline the key steps required to transition a novel lab-based concept into a robust, viable and manufacturable medical product. He will take the audience through the strict regulatory framework for European and US markets and will focus special attention on the importance of meeting user needs and developing regulatory-compliant firmware and software architectures.
