Auto-injector due diligence

Our client was looking to license an auto-injector. They wanted an independent and expert perspective on the various solutions and a suggestion of which one suited their particular requirements.

We worked closely with AstraZeneca to outline an evaluation process and create a Request for Proposal document that focused on their target therapy. Following an initial review of the responses and informal usability assessment we created a shortlist for a more detailed assessment and site visit. We presented the results of our analysis and the client adopted our recommendations. We also assisted the client with a review of the licensee’s approach to risk management.
